(This is when I first started animal jam, so I didn't know any better.)

I was in Jamaa Township, and I say an Arctic Wolf yelling: "Come to my den for a membership code!" I went to her den and waited. She soon came to her den.

There was another jammer there, I'm not sure if she was someone like me or if she was with neon. But she was there. Neon then had something on trade and asked that if I give her a beta, she would send me the membership code and if it didn't work she'd trade me everything in her den. That includes whatever I trade back. She "Promised." 

But, since I was a new jammer, my only response was, "What's a beta?" The other jammer there said, "Something you can't buy in stores." So, I traded the boat pond den item, because obviously, you can't buy it. But neon declined

She said, "No, I want a beta clothing item." Again, not really knowing an example of one, she finally said, " If you trade me bow and arrows, you get the code."

I remembered that I had extra bows on my storage account, naylovesaj1, so i was hopping up and down, saying, "I'm gonna be a member!"
I traded naylovesaj1 and sent the bows to neon.

Neon sent code, stray wolfs. (Note to readers, it doesn't work, don't try it!)

She soon logged off.

I tried to put the code in, but it didn't work. I did all sorts of combinations, like straywolves, straywolve, straywolf, but none of them worked.

I reported her about 100 times.

When I finally got a membership, I sent Jam-A-Gram to her: “Please send me my bows back or I will tell Animal Jam.” (Which I did, but they were no help whatsoever.)

Never gotten a response, nor have I gotten her trade/bows back. 

And now, no matter what... I can't.
